  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN HOME STAGING?

    Each staging is thoughtfully curated for the property and may include furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting, greenery, and decorative accessories. Your custom proposal will outline the rooms and services included.

  • HOW MUCH DOES STAGING COST?

    Pricing varies based on the size of the home, the number of rooms staged, location, and installation requirements. Our vacant home staging packages begin at $1500. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your property.

  • HOW LONG DOES THE FURNITURE REMAIN IN THE HOME?

    Our initial staging term is 30 days. If additional time is needed, the staging may be renewed monthly based on the terms outlined in your agreement.

  • HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

    We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred staging date. Availability varies, but we will always do our best to accommodate your listing timeline.

  • WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

    Maude Staging serves Tulsa and surrounding communities, including Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks, Owasso, Glenpool, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Claremore, Catoosa, Coweta, Collinsville, and Skiatook. Properties outside our standard service area may also be accommodated depending on location and availability.

  • WHAT IS THE STAGING PROCESS?

    Begin by requesting a quote and sharing a few details about the property. We’ll create a customized staging proposal, schedule installation, and handle the complete setup. Once the home is under contract or staging is no longer needed, simply contact us to arrange removal.

  • CAN I CHOOSE THE FURNITURE AND DÉCOR?

    Every staging is thoughtfully curated by our design team to complement the home, appeal to its target buyer, and create the strongest possible presentation. By booking with Maude Staging, clients entrust our team with the creative direction and final selections for the property.
